Today I will share a tasty unique ancient easy to make south indian sweet recipe पाल पोळी !
Ingredients–


Maida 1 cup
Ghee 1/2tsp
Oil for deep frying
Mix them together,add water
and make dough .
Rest for 15 minutes.
Then roll into thin Puri,
Fold into semicircle and again roll.
Fry and keep aside.
Milk to be served with these puris👇🏻
Milk 750 ml
Nuts cashew nuts, blanched almonds 6 each soak in water for 1 hr
Saffron a few strands
Sugar 4tbsp
Cardamoms 3

 

Method–


Take milk in a pan add saffron,boil on low flame for 15 minutes
Grind the soaked nuts along with cardamom into a paste.
Add this paste to boiling milk.
Add sugar. Boil for 5 more minutes.
Turn off the flame.
Soak the puris in hot milk for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
Don’t soak all puris together.soak while serving.
