Thin crust pizza
INGREDIENTS for base–
– 1cup maida
– 1Tbsp Dry active yeast
– 2tbsp olive oil
– 1/4tsp Salt
– 1/4Cup warm water
– 1/4Cup Chilled ice water

Method
– Take a bowl add warm water and sugar mix untill dissolve. Now add yeast mix gently. Keep it for proofing.
– Now take a bowl add Maida, salt, oil and proofed yeast. Combin it will now kneed dough with chilled water.
– keep dough on warm place to get proofing.
INGREDIENTS for Topping sauce.
– 4 large size tomato puree.
– 2Tbsp Butter
– some mix herbs.

Method
– Take a pan add butter melt it completely and add tomatoes puree.
– Cook it until tomoto juice get completely dry. And some herbs.
– Self life upto 1week for more add 1Tbsp vineger and now you can keep for upto 1month.
– note – Keep it into air tight container. Store in fridge only.

INGREDIENTS FOR THIN CRUST PIZZA.
– Dough
– Pizza topping sauce
– for topping ( Bell peppers, sweet corn or any your fav)
– Sujee
– Olive oil
– Butter
– chesse – 30grams each ( Process & mozzarella)

Method
– Take dough on the floor kneed to well now divide in parts.
– Take a Dough and on the surface add some Sujee roll dought on it.
– Make fine as much as you can now place dough on pizza baking tray.
– Apply some butter and prick it well. Now apply pizza topping sauce and chesse and toppings.
– Garnish it with some Olive oil and fresh besal leafs.
– Bake it on 230Β° for 15mins and preheat 10mins.
– Bake pizza and serve it with lots of love
