Stuffed bitterguard and chilled mango shake with warmiselli

Special stuffing of bitterguard:
Home made paneer.

Spices used:
Sounf powder, chilli flakes, kasoori methi, pinch of hing,paste of Onion, tomato,ginger,garlic.

It is stuffed with crushed paneer and shallow fry it. And then grind them all together.

 
THIS IS THE ACTUAL STUFFING FOR BITTERGUARD.
Bind it with a
thread properly and shallow fry it on medium flame.

Your delicious meal is ready to serve.


Recipe for mango shake:-


Make roasted warmiselli and cook it without adding sugar in milk. And form a layer of warmiselli before pouring mango shake . Finally garnish it with soaked dry fruits. keep it in the freezer and serve the chilled mango shake.
