Take big & long a Raw aloo , peeled then make hole or from one side then deep fry the same aloo on the slow heat like half done , make yogurt batter ( curd +little degi mirch pwd/ red chilli paste +salt+little Ggp +garam masala ) apply on the fried aloo . Make the stuffing : —
mashed paneer+ kismish + chop kaju +chop green chilli & dhaniya + salt & little elachi pwd. Stuffed the aloo with this mix & bake in the oven till get nice color . Make onion & tomato gravy with adding some kaju paste .like makhani gravy ..
Put some gravy on the base & thick slice of baked stuffed aloo on the top & serve with some rice .:)
