Celebrate this festive season with this super tasty Shahi sheera! Ingredients–
Besan 2 cups Rawa 1 cup Blanched almonds 1/4 cup Cashew nuts 1/4 Sugarless khoa 1/3 cup Sugar 2 cups can be +,- as per taste Ghee 1.5 cups Milk 3 cups Saffron soaked in warm milk Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Nuts to garnish
Method–
Powder the almonds and cashew nuts coarsely. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the besan and rawa on slow flame. When it changes colour add the crushed nuts. Fry till turns golden brown. Add the khoa and mix well. Pour boiling milk. Mix properly and add the saffron soaked in milk. Keep stirring. When the milk is absorbed add the sugar. Stir continuously. When the mixture leaves the ghee switch off the flame. Add the cardamom powder. Garnish with sliced nuts.
