Sago Pakoda bY Tastytales

Chat pata snack for evenings with tea!


Ingredients–


Sago 1 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Sour curd 1/2 cup
Chilly powder1tsp
Hing 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped green chillies 4to5
Chopped coriander leaves 2tsp
Chopped curry leaves 6

 

Method–


Oil 1 tbsp for the batter +for frying
Wash and soak sago in curd along with salt for 3 hrs.
Then add the rice flour,chilly powder, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix well.
Add water if required to make thick batter.(not flowing consistency)
Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add into the batter.
Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan pan.
Pinch the batter with your finger tips and drop into the hot oil.
Fry till golden brown.
Enjoy hot pakodas with ketchup and a cup of tea!
