Method–
Oil 1 tbsp for the batter +for frying Wash and soak sago in curd along with salt for 3 hrs. Then add the rice flour,chilly powder, hing, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix well. Add water if required to make thick batter.(not flowing consistency) Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add into the batter. Mix well. Heat oil in a pan pan. Pinch the batter with your finger tips and drop into the hot oil. Fry till golden brown. Enjoy hot pakodas with ketchup and a cup of tea!
