Ingrediants required ——

 
Potatoes
paneer
peas
green chilli
onion
tomatoes
Famiya
All purpose Flour (maida)

 

Prepration method ———

 

Boil peas and potatoes (seperately)

Mix them well by adding salt(as per your taste) dry red chilli, mashed green chilli, chopped onion.

Cut one slice of paneer (in length) and cover it with the stuffing (made above ).

prepare a liquid of all purpose flour or maida. Apply the coating of all purpose flour or maida and then finally apply famiya on it. (The maida coating will help it to stick on the tikkki).

deep fry the tikki.

Your delicious PANEER ROLL is ready to serve. 😊

Cut the paneer roll as per your wish and enjoy the happy meal.
