Pav bhaji thali peeth

Ingreditents–


Jowar flour 2 cups
Rice flour 2tbsp
Bajra flour 2 tbsp
Besan 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1tbsp
Hing 1/8 tsp
Chilly flakes 2 tsp
Pav bhaji masala
Cauliflower 1/2 cup
Capsicum 1
Peas 1 tbsp
Tomato 1medium size puree
Crushed peanuts 1 tbsp
Onion, garlic paste as per taste ( i don’t use)
Coriander leaves
Salt

 

Method–


Oil or butter 2 tbsp +for cooking
chilly flakes 2 tsp
Crush the cauliflower, capsicum, green peas, coriander seeds 1tsp
Pepper corns 1/4 tsp
Take all the flours,salt ,hing and butter.
Mix well.
Add crushed peanuts, crushed pepper and coriander seeds, chilly flakes,pav bhaji masala tomato puree.
Mix well.
Add the crushed veggies and salt.
Mix well.
Sprinkle water little by little to make very soft dough.
Take some dough , make ball and spread on a wet muslin cloth.
Cook on tawa with butter.
Serve hot with butter.
