Ingredients-
Basmati rice 1cup
Orange juice 2 1/2 cup
Segments of 2 oranges
Sugar 2 1/2 cups can be +or_ as per your choice
Blanched and chopped almonds and pistachios 6 each
Saffron a few strands
Method-
Cook rice as you cook for biriyani. Strain and keep aside. Mix orange juice, sugar and saffron. cook till it thickens .Add the rice and cook. Add the orange segments and the nuts keep some aside for garnishing. Cook for 3to 4 minutes. Garnish with orange se ments and blanche nuts!
