Ingredients:
Maida 2cups Rice flour 2tbsp Cumin seeds 2 tsp Hing 1/4 tsp Chilli powder 1tsp Sour curd 1/2 cup Green chillies finely chopped 4to6 Coriander leaves finely chopped 2tsp Curry leaves 8 Oil 1tbsp for the batter +for deep frying Sieve both flours.
Method-
Take into a bowl,add green,coriander leaves,curry leaves, hing,cumin seeds,chilly powder, salt mix well. Add the curd water . Make batter . It should neither be thick very thick nor very thin.heat 1 tbsp oil (.it should be very hot) Mix well .drop with your hands into hot oil on medium flame. Fry till golden brown .serve hot wit ketchup. You can add finely chopped onions to the batter.
