Ingredients–


500gm mutton
1 to 2 chinamon stick
2 to 4 cardamom
3 to 4 bay leaf
4 big size onion
20 garlic patels
4 spoon cumin seeds
6 spoon coriender seeds
8 red chilli
1 inch ginger
3 spoon whole black pepper
Salt , turmeric powder,red chilli powder according to the taste
1/2 cup mustard oil
2 spoon lemon juice

 

Procedure–


1.Make paste of cumin seeds, coriender seeds,red chilli
2.make another paste from 2 onions,galic and ginger, bay leaves, chinamon,black paper, cardamom
3.in a bowl add cleaned mutton add salt, turmeric powder red chilli powder ,lemon juice n 2 spoon mustard oil n marinate the mutton for 30mns
4. In a cooker pour rest of the oil in medium flame add bay leaf 1,some black pepper,2 cardamom n satue.
5. Now add chopped onion …out of the left 2 onion n fry till brown
Add the cumin , coriender chilli paste n fry till it leaves oil now add the 2nd paste which we made from ginger galic n onion fry till leaves oil now add marinated mutton n fry in low flame by covering the cooker with a plane lid.
5 .fry the mutton patiencely for 30 to 40mns.
6.add hot water to the mutton n cook for 4 whistle in lower medium flame.
Serve hot with plane rice n salad.
