PARATHA IS PROTEIN RICH ESPECIALLY GREAT FOR KIDS.
IT IS SIGNIFICANT SOURCE OF BETACAROTENE, VITAMIN C,PROTEIN, IRON.
MORINGA IS BELIEVED TO HAVE MANY BENEFITS AND ITS USED RANGE FROM HEALTH AND BEAUTY TO HELPING PREVENTS AND CURE DISEASES.

 

Ingredients-

3 drumstick
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp besan flour
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp green chili n ginger paste
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
Pinch of hing
1 tbsp oil
Water as required
Ghee

 

Method-
Take a drumstick cut into pieces.
Pressure cook 2-3 in a pressure cooker .
Now remove it from pan and strain it.
Take a bowl add pulp of drumstick.
Add wheat flour n besan.
Add dry fenugreek leaves, sesame seeds.
Add garlic , green chili paste.
Add all dry ingredients and mixed it.
Add 1 tbsp oil.
And mixed it and make a dough if water required then add it.
Now keep aside for 10 minutes.
Now take a dough and roll out the paratha.
And roasted it from both aside.
Apply ghee .
Roast till light golden brown .
Served with garlic chutney.
