Marinated soya chunks Fried Rice By Indu Kahi

Ingrediants required ——

 
Tez patta
cloves (long)
black pepper
large cardamoms (badhu elaichi)
green chilli
potato chips
soya chunks

 

Prepration method ———


Marinate soya chunks for half an hour by adding salt (according to your taste), black pepper , red chilli and garam masala ( according to the taste)

Fry it well till it gets dry.

make fried rice as per your choice and these “Marinated Chunks” in it.

And serve hot. 😊

Enjoy your meal with curd or chatni to add more taste to it . 😁
