For boiling maggie
– 2cups water– 2packs of maggie– 1tbsp butter
Take a pan add maggie by breaking them and add water + butter let it get boil well.
After boiling turn off the flam and strain the hot water add add some normal water in it.
Now keep boiled maggie aside with adding some normal water.
For Makhani maggie
– 1 big tomato – Some cashew nuts– 2tsbp butter – basic species( salt, maggie masala, periperi masala) – water as required – boiled maggie
Method– Take a pan add butter, tomato pure and cook it for 2mins.
– Add species and bit of water and add boiled maggie cook it till dry consistency.
