Ingredients–
For Moth Boiling–
Moth beans – 1/2cup
Haldi powder – 1/2tsp
Water ( to cook)
Salt as per taste
Method–
– Take pressure cooker and add all ingredients together.
– cook it for one whistle completes. Keep it a side for further work.
For making base gravy
Oil -4tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2tsp
Curry leaves – 10-12pc
Coriander powder – 1.5tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp
Green chilli finally chopped -2pc
Tomato puree – 1cup
Chilli powder – 2tsp
Garam masala – 1/2tsp
Gud – 1tsp
Lemond – 1/2
Coriander leaves – As much you love ❤
Boiled Moths
Method–
– Take a pan add oil, mustard seed, Cumin seed and curry leaves.
– Now add green chilli and ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 2 mins
– Add tomato paste and cook till oil get Saprated. Now add all spices into this.
– Add 2tbsp more oil and add Boiled Moths into it.
– Cook for 8mins and add lemon and coriander leaves.
For serving–
– Chopped Onions with coriander and lemon slice. 🤤
– Mixture Chuda. 😍
– Butter Pav 😋
– Misal Gravy topping with chuda and Coriander.
