Jowar Bajra Mooli Roti
Ideal for chilly winters

 

Ingredients–


Jowar atta 1cup
Bajra atta 1cup
Grated mooli(radish) 3/4 cup
Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed green chillies and ginger 4 green chillies and ginger 2″piece
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1tbsp
Oil 2 tsp for the dough
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking.

 

Method–


Take all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well with hands.
You have to mix very well till everything thing gets blended property.
Sprinkle water to make dough.
Add water little by little because the mooli also releases its moisture.
Knead well .
Roll into chapati slightly thicker than roti.
If you want round rotis without rough edges cut with a round lid.
Cook in medium heat on a hot tawa.
Apply oil and cook both the sides till brown spots appear.
Serve hot.
