Ingredients:-

2 cup soaked moong
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp green chili n ginger paste
3 tbsp chopped onion
3 tbsp chopped tomato
Chopped coriander
3 tbsp chopped carrot 🥕
2 tbsp chopped beetroot
Salt to taste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp eno
Oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Curry leaves

 

Method:-
Take a jar add soaked moong and grind it make a paste.
Add chopped onion, carrot, beetroot.
Add green chili n ginger paste.
Add garlic paste.
Add chopped coriander 2 tbsp.
Add all dry ingredients
Add eno and mixed it.
Keep 10 minutes aside.
Now take a idli maker add water cover it for 5 minutes.
Now take a plate apply oil and pour it idli batter and steam it for 10-15 minutes.
Now cool down and remove it.
Now make a tadka.
Add 1 tbsp oil heat it.
Add mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
Curry leaves and mixed it.
Add idli n mixed it
Served it.
