Beetkin Rings (BEETroot + pumpKIN)

Ingredients :
 
Pumpkin 50gm
Beetroot 2pc
Wheat flour 150gm
Cornflour 2tsp
Paneer 100gm
Onion 2pc
Capsicum big 1pc
Chat masala 2tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Oil 1tbsp
Salt to taste
 
Recipe :
 
1. Boil pumpkin and beet and make separate purees. Add salt.
2. Mix cornflour and wheat flour and add the puree to make separate yellow and red doughs for preparing rings.
3. For stuffing, take 1tbsp oil and saute onion and then capsicum and add shredded paneer. Add chat masala, black pepper and salt.
4. Using the dough, prepare puris and carve square shapes using knife. Fill stuffing on one side and half roll the square Puri. Then make straight cuts on remaining half and roll it over. Take both ends and make a circular shaped rings as shown.
5. Air fry the rings at 180degC for 15 minutes and serve with ketchup and chutney.
