• MEXICAN RICE

INGREDIENTS


1. 1 TBSP butter
2. 1 TBSP oil
3. 1/4 cup boiled kidney beans
4. 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas
5. 4 tbsp panner
6. 1/2 Julian cut Capsicum
7. 4 tbsp soya chucks (boiled)
8. 2cup Rice


• RICE SOCKING METHOD

– Take a blow add water + Rice. For more than 30 mins.
– On socking time add orage masala into it ( 1/2 tsp SALT, ORANGE FOOD COLOR 1drop, CINNAMON POWDER 1/2tsp ).
– Take a Pan add socked rice and double quantity of water and add ( 2PC CLOVES, 1 BEA LEAF, 1/2 LEMON ).
– Boil it till Rice get cooked and stirred out the rice and keep it aside.


• FOR RICE FRYING – METHOD

– Take a pan add oil and butter.
– Add Panner + Soya chunks + Capsicum + Chickpeas + kidney beans.
– Fry it well add maxican spice + 3 Tbsp Water.
– Now add socked rice and cook for 3 – 4 min.

• GRILL CAPSICUM
1. BUTTER
2. FULL BIG GREEN CAPSICUM (Remove inner seeds )


• METHOD
– Hot Grill or grill pan apply 1/2 tbsp butter on it.
– Take a Green Capsicum cut just top and take seed portion.
– Apply butter on Capsicum from outer and INNER both sides.
– Grill it well.


• CAPSICUM RAYTA

1. 1/2 cup CURD
2. 1/4th cup WATER
3. 2 Tbsp PANNER ( SMAL L CUBE)
4. 2 TBSP Green Capsicum ( small cubes)
5. 2 TBSP Small boiled soya chunks.
6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
7. 1/4 tsp black salt


• METHOD

• – Take a bowl add CURD and water. Wisk it till both combined well.
• – Now add Capsicum, Panner, Soya chunks. Mix theming curd.
• – Add black pepper and salt.
• – Serve it with Maxican sensings. (Optional)


• SERVING METHOD

– Take grilled Capsicum fill it with Maxican Rice and serve it with CAPSICUM RAYTA.
