Farali Aloo Khichdi

Take-


2 no – Potato
Slice into thin Slices then Cut into Long thin Chips

Take a Bowl and add above Chips and Water
Wash Properly and Remove in Strainer and Then Put into Dry Clothes and Pet With Cloth and Keep aside

 

Method–

Take a Kadhai and add

1+1/2 tbsp – Oil
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
2 no – Green Chillies Chopped
10-12 no – Chopped Curry Leaves
Add above Potatoes ( Dried )
Salt to taste , Mix and Close the Lid and Let Cook for 5-7 Min
1 tsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
Cook another 2 min then add
1/2 Cup – Roasted Skinless Peanut Crushed
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
1/2 no – Lemon Juice
Mix Properly and Serve Hot
Serve With Chilled Curd and Farali Chutney
