#DUDHI_NA_MUTHIYA
Ingredients-
1 cup bajra flour
1/2 cup besan
1/4 wheat flour
2-1/2 cup grated dudhi
3 tbsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp green chilli n ginger paste
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of soda / eno
Water as required
METHOD:-
Take a bowl add all flour .
Add grated dudhi.
Add chilli n ginger paste n garlic paste.
Add all dry ingredients and mixed it properly.
Add oil and mixed.
If water required then only add water and make a dough.
Take a stream and steam it for 10 minutes before.
Now make a ball or oval shape and steam it for 12-15 minutes.
Now cool down and cut into pieces.
NOW MAKE TADKA:
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp jeera
1/4 tbsp white sesame seeds
Pinch of hing
Curry leaves
Fresh coriander
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
METHOD:
Take a pan add oil.
Add mustard seeds cracked it.
Add jeera , sesame seeds, hing saute it.
Add curry leaves, fresh coriander.
Add lemon juice and sugar mixed it. And cook 1 minutes.
Now add muthiya and mixed it.
Served with green chutney.
