Curd laddu by tastytales

Ingredients _ 

 

Hung curd 300gm
Dessicated coconut 2tsp
Milk powder 3tsp
Sugar powder 3 tsp
Cashew nuts and almond powder 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Saffron a few strands soaked in 1/2tsp warm milk
Pistachio sliced _for garnish

 

Method–


Take powdered sugar, dessicated coconut, powdered nuts, cardamom powder, milk powder in a bowl mix well.
Now add hung curd and mix lightly with a spoon.
Refrigerate for atleast an hour.
Shape into small laddus.
Make a dipression at the centre with finger dipped in saffron milk.
Garnish with some sliced pistachios
Chill and serve this unique dessert and enjoy festive season!
