Corn bajra cabbage roti ideal breakfast ! Can be packed in kids lunch box or serve as evening snack!
Makki ka atta 3/4 cup
Bajra atta 3/4 cup
Finely grated cabbage 3/4 cup
Crushed chilly ginger 1tsp
Hing 1/4 TSP
Turmeric 1/8 TSP
Oil 1 tsp +for cooking

 

Method–


Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
Sesame seeds 2tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water
Mix all the things together rubbing well with your hands (except water). Keep aside for 10 minutes. Some moisture will be released from the vegetables. Sprinkle hot water to make smooth dough. Knead very well for 5 to 7 minutes.
Make small slightly thick rotis. Cook on tawa applying oil both the sides!serve with raita or curd!
