Method–
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp Sesame seeds 2tsp Salt to taste Hot water Mix all the things together rubbing well with your hands (except water). Keep aside for 10 minutes. Some moisture will be released from the vegetables. Sprinkle hot water to make smooth dough. Knead very well for 5 to 7 minutes. Make small slightly thick rotis. Cook on tawa applying oil both the sides!serve with raita or curd!
