Method–
Take the grated coconut,milk,and sugar in a heavy bottom pan. Cook on slow flame.Keep stirring. cook till it leaves the sides of the pan. Add the rose water mix and remove from the fire. Allow it to cool slightly. Make laddus Roll them in the mixture of rose petals and nuts. Variation: you make small balls of gulkand place in the center and cover it properly. Ideal for summers.
