Butter naan,paneer labaabdar

Butter naan recipe:-


Maida 2cups
You can use maida+atta or only atta but maida gives good taste
Curd 1/2 cup
Soda 1/2tsp
Baking powder1/2 tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Oil or butter 2tsp
Salt to taste
Warm water
Finely chopped coriander
Butter to apply


Method:-


Take soda,baking powder, sugar in a bowl pour curd over it.
Cover and keep aside for 5 mins.
Sieve the maida into a large bowl.
Add salt and curd mixture.
Knead well.
Add warm water to make dough.
Add butter or oil and knead well .
Cover and Rest for one hr.
Knead again .
Make into balls of desired size.
Roll into naan.
Sprinkle finely chopped coriander and roll lightly.
Apply water on the other side.
Stick on hot tawa.
Cook on medium flame.
Invert the tawa on the gas to cook the to side.
Remove from tawa and apply butter and serve hot.


Paneer labaabdar recipe:-


Paneer 200gms
Tomatoes medium size 2
Ginger 1″ “piece
Green chillies 2
Cashewnuts 8
Green cardamom 2
Garam masala whole or powder
Dhania jeera powder 2tsp
kasnmiri chilli powder 1tsp
Malai 6tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt per taste
Butter 4 tsp
Oil2tsp
Coriander leaves


Method:-


Cut the paneer into triangles.
Soak them in hot water(not boiling hot)cover and keep aside.
Roughly chop the tomatoes.
Take in a blender jar. Add green chillies, ginger,cardamom,cashewnuts, make into a smooth paste.
Heat a pan add the butter and oil, add the tomato paste. Saute till done.
Add Dhania jeera powder, garam masala, chilli powder.
Mix well.
Add the malai ,cook on slow flame.
Add salt and sugar.
Add the paneer pieces.
Add hot water to adjust the consistency.
Cookl for 5 mins.
Remove from gas.
Garnish with coriander. Leaves.
Serve with naan
We don’t use onions and garlic.
You can use according to your taste.
