Here’s a recipe for Blue Tea by Sangeeta Mishra:

Ingredients:
– 2 teaspoons of dried butterfly pea flowers
– 1 cup of water
– Honey or sugar (optional)
– Lemon slices (optional)
– Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:
1. Boil one cup of water in a small saucepan or kettle.

2. Once the water comes to a boil, remove it from heat and add the dried butterfly pea flowers to the hot water.

3. Let the flowers steep in the hot water for about 5-7 minutes. This will allow the blue pigment in the flowers to infuse into the water, giving it a beautiful blue hue.

4. After steeping, strain the tea to remove the flowers, leaving behind the blue-colored liquid.

5. If desired, sweeten the tea with honey or sugar to taste. Stir until the sweetener is completely dissolved.

6. You can also add a few slices of lemon to the tea for a citrusy flavor and a touch of acidity.

7. For an extra refreshing twist, garnish the tea with a few fresh mint leaves.

8. Serve the blue tea hot or pour it over ice for a refreshing iced tea option.

9. Enjoy your vibrant and soothing blue tea!

Note: Butterfly pea flower tea not only looks beautiful but also offers potential health benefits, including antioxidant properties. However, pregnant or nursing women should consult with their healthcare provider before consuming herbal teas.
