Badaam Besan Pak
Ingredients:
Almond crushed 1/2 cup
Gram flour1/2 cup
Grated fresh coconut1/2 cup
Milk1/2 cup
Ghee1/2 cup
Milk powder2tbsp(optional)
Cashewnut pieces 1to 2 tbsp
Sugar1 1/2 cup
Cardamom pd1/2 tsp
Saffron a few strands
Method–
Take all the ingredients into a heavy bottom pan and mix well.
Cook on medium flame stirring continuously.
When it becomes like a ball and starts leaving the sides of the pan pour into a greased tray.
Don’t spread with the spatula.
Just tap the tray.
You can garnish with badaam n pista.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Cut into pieces.
Variation:
You can add rose water along with other ingredients and sprinkle some rose petals for garnishing. This will give cool feeling in summers.
