Atta : 1 Cup Mawa : 1 Cup Cardemon powder : 1 Tsp Jaggery powder : 3/5 Cup Ghee : 1/4 Cup Milk : 1/2 Cup
Method :
In a pan heat ghee and add atta.. Now roast it . Add Mawa and mix well. Now add milk. Stir it continously till it become thick. Now add jaggery powder and mix well.gulkand dry fruits Add cademon powder. Add little Pistachio.. Mix it properly. Keep it aside to cool.. Now with the help of mould make Modak..
