Aloo paratha By Pramila Goswami

Got bored of having the same Aloo paratha ? Try this aloo paratha with MY twist which is a perfect breakfast as well as dinner!

 

Ingredients-

 

usual dough with atta!

stuffing_potatoes boiled and mashed 4

fenugreek leaves(methi )chopped 1cup

coriander seeds 1tbsp

green chillies finely chopped 5 

,ginger grated 1tsp

,coriander leaves finely chopped2tbsp,

chilly flakes 1tsp

 salt to taste,

oil1 tsp.,

cumin seeds 1tsp.

 

Method-

 

Heat oil in a pan .add jeera,fry for 30 seconds add green chillies, ginger and methi leaves. Saute for 5 mins. Crush the coriander seeds coaresly in a mixerAdd mashed potatoes, salt,crushed coriander seeds, and coriander leaves. Mix well.off the flame. Cool the filling.make stuffed parathas as usual.serve hot with a dollop of butter!
