We find many uses of celery leaves in the homes of Indians. It is a herb whose leaves smell like celery. Vitamin A and C are found in abundance in it. I have made parathas from it which are delicious as well.
are also nutritious

 

Ingredients: 👇✍️

2 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp fresh cream or 1 tbsp ghee
salt as per taste
1 tsp celery
1 cup finely chopped celery leaves
1 tbsp ginger green chilli paste (optional)
oil or ghee for frying

 

Method: 👇✍️
Put the flour in a deep vessel or pan, mix all the ingredients and add water and knead a soft dough. Cover it and keep it for 5 minutes. Now heat the pan and roll out the parathas of your choice (round, square, triangular) on medium to high flame.
Fry on both sides till pink by adding ghee or oil.
Serve hot paratha with chutney, curd or tea.
