Paalak pumpkin paushtik paratha
Ideal breakfast for winter
Ingredients–
Wheat flour 2cups
Bajra flour 2 tsp
Jowar flour 2 tsp
Besan 1 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Dhania jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped paalak 1 cup
Grated pumpkin 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chilli 2, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves
Curd 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp + for cooking the paratha
Salt to taste
Method–
Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix well with your hands.
The veggies will start leaving the moisture.
Mix property.
Sprinkle water as required.
Make a soft dough.
Rest for 10 to 15 min
Knead with greased palms and make parathas
Cook with oil, butter,or ghee.
Serve hot with curd and green chilli pickle.
You can add green part of spring onions and garlic to the dough!
