Ingredients–

Bhutte 4 must be tender
Green chilly 4
Ginger 1″piece
Curry leaves 6
Coriander leaves chopped 1tbsp
Ghee 5tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/4 tsp
Hing 1/8 tsp
Cloves 2
Cinnamon 1″ piece
Haldi a pinch
Sugar 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Milk 300 ml

 

Method–


Grate the bhutta
Chop the green chillies and curry leaves.
grate the ginger
Heat the ghee in a pan.
Add cinnamon and cloves (can be powdered)
Add rai and jeera.
When it crackles add hing.
Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
Add the ginger.
Saute for a few seconds.
Add the grated bhutta
Fry on slow flame.
Keep stirring.
When the ghee is separated add salt and haldi mix well.
Add the milk and sugar.
Cook till the mixture becomes thick like khichdi.
Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Take into a serving bowl.
Garnish with chopped coriander, grated coconut and some corn.
Bhutte ki kees is ready to serve.
