Poha with raw mango ingredients

This summer give a twist to your poha
Poha with raw mango

 

Ingredients–
Poha 3 cups
Raw grated 3/4cup
Green chillies 6to 8 chopped in a chopper
Coriander leaves 4 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Chana dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Peanuts or cashew nuts 1 tsp
Hing1/4 tsp
Whole res chilly 1
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Wash the poha.
Drain off the water.
Add salt and mix.
Keep it aside.

 

Method–


Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add 4 to 5 curry leaves, hing and grated mango.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add this hot mango mixture to the poha and cover it immediately.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
Add chana dal, urad dal,rai and red chilly.
Add the nuts and fry.
Add the haldi powder and remaining curry leaves.
Add the poha mixture.
Mix well.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the coriander leaves.
Serve hot!
