Rawa 1 cup Hing1/8 tsp Chilly flakes 1/2tsp Methi leaves finely chopped 1/3cup Green peas 2 tbsp Green chillies 4 Ginger 1 inch piece Curry leaves 10 Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp Curd 1/2 cup Soda 1/4tsp Oil for cooking 2 to 3 tbsp Mustard seeds 1/4tsp Til1/2 tsp
Method–
Mix rawa and curd in a bowl. Rest it for 30 minutes. Add chopped methi, matar, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves hing chilly flakes and salt. Mix well. Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan. Add soda to the batter and whisk properly. Add the Rai and til to the hot oil. When it splitters pour in the batter. Cover and cook on slow flame till the sides turn brown and starts leaving the sides. Flip it carefully and cook the other side also Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
