All in one Paratha
Yeah this is the name I gave to my today’s innovative recipe! It has dal,greens and veggies in it! What else you need to make the recipe tasty and nutritious!

Ingredients–


Make the dough for Paratha the way you make!
For stuffing 1/2 cup boiled and mashed thick arhar dal
Spinach 1cup finely chopped
Cauliflower grated 1/2cup
Green chillies and ginger crushed 2tsp
Chilly powder 1tsp
Dhaniya jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Amchoor 1/4tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp for the stuffing+for cooking the parathas(you can use butter or ghee also)
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Hing1/4 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves 2tbsp finely chopped

 

Method–


Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds.
when they splutter add hing.
Now add the crushed ginger chilly .
Saute for 30 sec.
Add the cooked dal.
Saute till the water gets evaporated.
Now add the spinach, cauliflower and cook.
Crush the kasuri methi with palms and add to the mixture.
Now add all the other ingredients except coriander leaves.
Cook till the mixture is cooked.
Cool for a while.
Make into balls.
Stuff into rolled parathas.
Press lightly with hands and then roll gently with the rolling pin.
Cook on tawa.
Serve hot with curd or raita!
