Independence day special tri colour FUDGE without artificial colours!
Ingredients–

Fudge no1
Milk powder 1/3cup
Condensed milk 1/3 cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Blanched almond powder 3/4 cup
Saffron a good pinch
Ghee 1 tsp

Fudge no 2& 3–

Milk powder 1.5cup
Ghee 4tsp
Milk 1/3cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Blanched pistachio powder 4tbsp

Method–

Take milk powder, condensed milk, saffron, almond powder,milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Mix well.
Cook on slow flame.
Keep stirring.
When it starts leaving the sides of the pan add ghee and mix well.
Remove from heat and keep aside.
Fudge no 2&3
Take all the ingredients except pistachio powder in a pan.
Mix well and cook on slow flame.
Keep stirring.
Cook till it becomes like a ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
Remove from heat and divide in to two parts 1/3 : 2/3
To 1/3 part add pistachio powder and mix well.
Make balls of fudge no 1, white fudge mixture,and pistachio fudge mixture.
Slightly flatten them with hand.
Place the pistachio fudge mixture on a greased plastic sheet.
Place the white fudge mixture on it.
Now place the orange fudge mixture on top.
Now lightly roll with a rolling pin.
Cut into fingers and its ready to serve!
