Simple one pot meal - By Sangeeta Mishra

Ingredients–

 

Rice upma from left rice
1 cup cooked long grain rice
I used the left over rice of lunch here
2 cup of your desired vegetable chopped finely
Here I used cauliflower,patatoes , capsicum,
Some desired dry fruits
Salt , turmeric powder, red chilli powder to taste
1 lemon juice
1 spoon jeera
10 to 15 curry leaves
1 spoon crushed ginger
2 pinch hing
2 spoon Desi ghee

 

Procedure–

 

In a pan add ghee
When it turns hot add jeera n hing
Now add crushed ginger and fry add turmeric powder,red chilli powder now add all the vegetables n fry in low flame add salt to taste and fry till all the vegetables cook
Now add lemon juice n mix well now add cooked rice n mix well .
Your upma is done … garnish with some fresh chopped coriander leaves.
