Normal Paratha dough as required Filling Gram flour 1cup Oil 3tbsp Chilli powder 1tsp Amchur 1/2tsp Kasuri methi 1tsp Tandoor masala 1/2 tsp Dhania powder1/2 tsp Salt to taste
Method–
Oil for cooking Mix all the ingredients for the filling togeher.(loose pasty ) Make balls from the dough. Roll into thin roti. Spread the filling mixture evenly on the roti. Roll it like a rope tightly pulling a little. Roll it like a coil. Roll it into a thick paratha sprinkle a little dry flour for rolling. Cook the paratha on a tawa with oil till golden brown. Serve hot with curd and salad. It is very filling and can be carried while travelling !
