Vanilla Mango Pudding- Honey

Ingredients


Milk 2 cups
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Agar agar 1 tsp
VAnilla essence 1 tsp
Nuts as per ur choice
Mango puree 2 cups
Hot water 2 tblspn
Agar agar 1 tsp

 

Method-:


Heat up milk on low flame add agar agar and mix well. Once steamed add cream n sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add vanilla essence and switch off the flame. Add nut n let it cool for 10 mins.
Take glasses keep in a breadloaf tin slightly tilt. Pour vanilla better till touches the rim. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
For mango panna cotta take hot water in a big bowl add agar agar and mix till dissolves. Add mango puree and mix well. Pour mango better on set vanilla. Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs till set. Serve chilled.
