Navratri special different version of our traditonal “SHRIKHAND”! Its my own innovation, I have named it GUL_KHAND!I hope every will enjoy this desert which requires no cooking!
Ingredients-
Hung curd 1 cup Gulkand 1/2 cup Icing sugar 3 tbsp or depending upon the sweetness of your gulkand Rose water 1/2 tsp Nuts and rose petals for garnishing Pink color optional
Method-
Crush the gulkand in a mixer jar till becomes smooth. Take it into a bowl ,add the sugar,hung curd,rose water ,(if you want to add color add at this stage )mix well. Take it into serving bowl all together or in individual serving bowls. Garnish with nuts of your choice and rose petals!
