ALMOND FUDGE By Pramila Goswami

This festive season give your family and friends a sweet surprise with this very special ALMOND FUDGE!


Ingredients:


Blanched and dried almond powder 1cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup( I used home made)
Milk 3/4 cup
Milk powder 3/4 cup
Ghee 1tbsp
Almonds and pista for garnishing

 

Method–


Mix all the ingredients except ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
Cook on slow flame for 10 minutes or still it starts leaving the side of the pan.
Add the ghee and mix well.
Pour into a greased tray.
Garnish with almonds and pista.
Cut into desired shape and serve.
Note: since its a fudge it should be soft ,not hard like burfi!
