Patairh By Indu Kahi

Take 10 Taro leaves and after washing chop eight leaves into very small pieces .

Ingredients:-

 

Salt(As per your taste)

Green chili paste

Ginger garlic paste

Black pepper

Hing

Garm masala

chili flakes

Kasoori methi

turmeric powder

Amchoor powder(As per your taste)

 

Method–

 

Mix all of them with little water in basen, rap this material eqauily into spare two Taro leaves ,tie them with hard thread properly.

cook these in steam for 30 minutes
Then cut them in beautiful shape and fry
these pieces
Eat either with souce or chapati
