Rawa 1cup Oil 2tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds1/4 tsp Hing1/4 tsp Curry leaves a few Green chillies 2 finely chopped Ginger 1″ piece grated Coriander leaves finely chopped 2tsp Soda 1/4tsp Sour curd 3/4cup Salt to taste Green chutney, tomato ketchup for garnishing
Method-
Heat oil in a pan . Add mustard and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. Add hing,curry leaves,green chillies and ginger and mix well. Add rawa fry for 2 to 3 mins. Remove from fire. Alllow it to cool. Put the soda and pour the curd over it. Leave it for 2 minutes. Keep the steamer ready on the gas. Add salt andcoriander leaves to the batter. Mix well.
Add water to get the consistency like idly batter. Pour into the greased moulds. Allow to steam cook for 12 to15 mins. Cool and unmould. Fill the cavities with green chutney and ketchup. If you don’t have this kind of moulds you can steam is tray or katories.
