Oil Free Chilli Paneer -Dipti Chainani Advani
Ingredients:
1 table spoon olive oil
250 grams diced paneer
1 capsicum diced
2-3 green chillies slit
1 onion finely chopped
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
6 table spoons Soya sauce
2 teaspoons corn flour
Half teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Spring onion chopped fine
Salt to taste
Procedure :
Put oil in a pan. Add capsicum and green chilies , onion and stir fry. Add salt so that it leaves moisture. Add ginger garlic paste and paneer. Put 2 table spoons of water so that it doesn’t stick to the pan. Cover it and let it steam for a few mins.
Add one cup of water , soya sauce. Once it comes to a boil add corn flour and black pepper and garnish with spring onion.
