नारीयल पोहा By Pramila Goswami

Got tired of having the same कांदा पोहा and बटाटा पोहा? Try this नारीयल पोहा trust me you are going to love this! 

 

Ingredients: 

 

poha medium thick 2cups

Fresh coconut grated 1/4 cup

Lemon juice2tsp.

Ghee 4to5 tsp.

Urad dal1tsp.

Mustard seeds1/2 tsp.

Whole red chilly 1

Hing 1/4tsp. 

Green chillies finely chopped 5.

Grated ginger 1/4tsp

Curry leaves 8

Coriander leaves.

Sugar 1/2tsp and salt to taste. 

 

Method-

 

Wash the poha ,add salt and sugar. Mix well and keep aside for 15 mins. Heat the ghee in a pan.Add urad dal,mustard seeds.Add red chilly.fry and add hing,curry leaves,green chillies,ginger saute add the poha.mix well .cook for a minute on slow flame. Add the coconut and coriander mix and remove from fire. Serve hot for morning breakfast or for शाम की छोटी छोटी भूख
