गोळ पापड़ी is a Gujarati traditional sweet which can be made in a jiffy with the simple ingredients in your kitchen!

Ingredients–

Wheat flour 1cup
Grated jaggery 3/4 cup
Ghee 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Sliced nuts or khus khus for garnishing


Method–


Heat in a pan.
Add wheat flour and fry on slow flame till it becomes fluffy and golden brown
Add cardamom powder and grated jaggery.
Mix and remove from the fire .
Spread in a greased tray.
Sprinkle nuts or khus khus.
Allow it to set for 3 to 4 minutes and cut.
Once its completely set remove from the tray.
Its ready to serve.
Stays good for a long time.
Can be carried while traveling!
